Pres

       -     Arondo contacted Big Meadows-will be doing starpartys

       -     Placed order for hats and T-shirts

       -     Design will be a dobsonian and refractor silloutted on a skyline of mountains with sky above.

       -     Arondo presented bill for 167.20 for hats and T-shirts work so far.

       -     Present.

       -     Will begin work on tax-exempt status for RAC

Old Bussiness

       -     RAC Christmas party summary

       -     Arondo working with NASA for getting ultralight mirrors

       -     Request for programs

New Bussiness

       -     Myron will talk with Linda Baer at CRRL for a sidewalk/bakesale Wed Feb12.

       -     BMSG planning needs to begin. Volunteers for committee: Arondo, Tom Pendergrass, Jim Burtle,Myron Wasiuta

       Tenative Dates: Sept 26-27, second date August 29-30

       Arondo would like swap table, ATM telescope judging? Solar program

       -     Tom announced creation of a members bio and telescope area for webpage. Anyone interested should contact Tom.

       -     Myron announced end of newsletter due to nobody voluntering to do it. Anyone intersted?

Program:

Myron talked about his efforts to restore a 60-year old 4.5” f 14 refractor made by Thomas Wilbur Stone. He brought the scope for display.
