Minutes of June 25, 2003 Bussiness Meeting

Called to order by Arondo at 7:40 PM

Present were Tim Plunkett, Arondo Holmes, Myron Wasiuta, Jim Burtle.

Discussion about Treasurer-ongoing lack of attendance at meetings and need for updated reports. Myron called Treasurer last week to remind him of meeting tonight-stressed importance of attending. Treasurer gave verbal promise he would be at this bussiness meeting. Treasurer was not at this meeting. It was decided to call Treasurer and ask for resignation. Arondo (club president) will do this. Interim Treasurer was named (Tim Plunkett). Arrangements will be made to transfer Treasurer materials ASAP. Myron expressed gratutude to Bill Steward (in absentia) for years of good service as Treasurer, but realizes that time demands make it difficult sometimes to adequately perform duties.

This months program is on observing Mars. Myron says it is ready. Needs AV out adapter.
