• Officers' reports

Old Business:

• Bylaws discussion headed by Scott Busby, changes to be made in draft version of bylaws and posted on website. Bylaws to be voted on at April meeting.

New Business:

• News in astronomy presented by Scott Lansdale
• Recent photographs shown by members
• Bank account signers to be updated
• Business meeting to be held from 7:00-7:30 and program from 7:30 to 9:00; change website to reflect this information for public attending
• Ted Treiber to obtain Astronomy Day support materials from Sky & Telescope and Astronomy magazines
• Myron to contact Borders re. Astronomy Day program
• Mark to print out Triangulum logo for consideration at April meeting
• Star Party to be held March 25 at Caledon with a Messier Marathon
• Next meeting April 12, 2006 at downtown library; Scott Lansdale to present program on radio astronomy
