This issue showcases the work of two gifted high school seniors who completed Capstone projects using MSRO equipment under the guidance of MSRO Director Myron Wasiuta. Our most recent student was Ben Rad. His paper describing his work to characterize a micro nova based on light curve measurement is included verbatim. The newsletter also includes a note from our previous student, Max Dubnowski (now a UVa student), describing the neutrino project he is participating in as an intern at Argonne National Lab. MSRO and RAC are proud to help educate these future scientists.
