Star Party TONIGHT – December 16
Come on out to Caledon for our star party. All the forecasts look good for a clear dark sky tonight.
Sunset is just after 5 tonight. People with telescopes will be arriving before then to set up in daylight. The sky will be dark enough for stars around 6.
Tonight will be dark sky objects. The only planets above the horizon will be Uranus and Neptune. We will see 2 passes of the International Space Station.
Temperatures will be 40 dropping to the mid 30s. So dress warm, but we won’t be freezing. Temperatures will stay above the dew point, so we shouldn’t have to worry about dew on glass.
